How to withdraw from Polymarket
Redeem or sell your shares, open Withdraw, enter a wallet or exchange address and the amount, and confirm. Your pUSD is converted on the way out to the token and network you choose. Polymarket charges no withdrawal fee; you only pay network costs.
Quick steps
- Redeem winning positions. After a market resolves, redeem winning shares so the value moves into your cash balance.
- Open Withdraw. Click Withdraw in your account.
- Enter the destination. Paste a wallet or exchange deposit address and pick the network it supports.
- Test with a small amount. Send a small withdrawal first if you are using a new address.
- Confirm. Confirm the withdrawal and wait for it to arrive on the destination.
Before you withdraw
Only your cash balance can be withdrawn. Open positions must be sold, and resolved winning positions must be redeemed first. Your balance is held in pUSD. When you withdraw, it is unwrapped and swapped into the token and network you pick (for example USDC on Polygon or another supported chain). Very large withdrawals are best split into smaller ones to limit slippage.
Where to send it
- Your own wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, etc.). You stay in control, but you need to know which network you are using.
- A crypto exchange, if you want to sell USDC for euros or dollars. Copy the exchange's USDC deposit address and make sure the network matches.
Check the network twice. Withdrawing USDC to an exchange address on a network that exchange does not support is the most common way people lose money at this step.
Fees and timing
Polymarket does not charge a withdrawal fee. You pay the network cost, and an exchange may charge its own fee to cash out to a bank. Withdrawals on Polygon are usually quick; bridging to other networks can take longer.
Taxes
Profits from prediction markets may be taxable where you live, and the rules differ by country. Keep a record of your deposits, trades and withdrawals and ask a local tax adviser.

Open PolymarketFrequently asked questions
How long do Polymarket withdrawals take?
Usually minutes on Polygon. Bridging to other networks and exchange processing can add time.
Can I withdraw to my bank account?
Not directly on the international platform. Withdraw USDC to an exchange, sell it, then withdraw to your bank. Polymarket US works with US dollars.
Is there a withdrawal limit?
Check the Withdraw screen for current limits; very small amounts may not be worth the network cost.
